Welcome to the online enrollment process for the Pennsylvania 529 Guaranteed Savings Plan (GSP). This process should take about 10 minutes, depending upon your choices. You may check your progress by viewing the indicator at the top of each screen.

If You Want To Pay By Check:
To enroll online, you must fund your account via Electronic Bank Transfer. If you wish to make your initial contribution by check or fund it through a rollover from an existing Qualified Tuition Plan, you must complete and send in a paper enrollment form. To Enroll Online:
To enroll online, the steps you will need to complete are:

1. Complete the Account Owner information. By federal law, we are required to obtain the following information:
   • Your name
   • U.S. street address
   • Birth date
   • Social Security number or taxpayer identification number
   
   (Note: the Account Owner or Beneficiary of a GSP account must be a Pennsylvania resident when the account is opened).
2. Complete the Beneficiary information. We will need to know the Beneficiary's:
   • Name
   • Address
   • Birth date
   • Social Security number or taxpayer identification number
   • Projected college enrollment date
3. Provide bank account information. Since you must fund your Guaranteed Savings Plan Account via Electronic Bank Transfer when you enroll online, you will need your bank's routing number and your bank account number. You can obtain this information from the bottom of a check.
4. You will receive additional instructions regarding next steps as you proceed through the enrollment.

To enroll and transfer an existing non-Pennsylvania 529 plan account or Coverdell Education Savings Account (ESA) to a new GSP account:

1. Complete the GSP Incoming Rollover Form to initiate a direct rollover from another 529 plan or Coverdell ESA to GSP Account.
2. To establish a GSP account, you must also complete and enclose a GSP Enrollment Form.
3. For additional information, call toll free 1-800-440-4000 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Eastern time).
4. Send completed enrollment and rollover forms with your initial contribution and one-time enrollment fee.
